3rd year of the outdoor The Park Chess Cup starts in August!!

Basic information

THE PARK CHESS CUP will have two rounds. The first round will take place first three weeks in August, when each player plays each of the others in the basic groups. The players will be selected into groups by lot after the end of registration. The winners of the groups will play in the final group last week in August. To register please fill in the registration form. The system and the rules from the last year will remain the same for this year.

Dates

The registration starts from 19.7. until 30.7.2009. The basic groups play the first three weeks in August from 2.8 – 20.8.2009. The final takes place from 23.8 – 27.8.2009.

Due to too few matches having been played so far the basic group deadline is extended to 3 September. The find matches shall be played in the following week.

Prices

Three best players will receive price.

The organizer reserves the right to change the rules of the competition.
